Aidan began playing the saxophone at age 11 and developed a love for jazz under the guidance of musician Eric Thompson. After winning the John Phillip Sousa Award in middle school, he continued excelling in music at Northgate High School, where he took leadership roles in both the marching and jazz bands. Aidan started a community service project to collect instruments for underfunded schools, which gained attention across the Bay Area. He also performed at prestigious venues like Yoshi’s and participated in summer jazz programs at UCLA, Stanford, and Monterey Jazz. Alongside the saxophone, Aidan is proficient in drums, flute, and piano. Aidan is currently studying at the University of Oregon’s School of Music and Performing Arts, majoring in Jazz Studies and Business Administration.
